Semiconductor packaging shows outsized momentum with advanced packaging projected to reach USD 38.5 billion in 2024 expanding at a rate of 11.5% CAGR through 2034. The 3D semiconductor packaging market reached USD 9.4 billion in 2023 with an anticipated CAGR of 18% through 2032. Semiconductor and IC packaging materials was valued at USD 4.1 billion in 2023, at a decent CAGR of 10% through 2032. Wide bandgap semiconductors generated USD 2.16 billion in 2024 and expected to reach USD 6.8 billion in 2034 at 12.2% CAGR.
