  • In August 2024, Oriental Motors added an AC geared motor with a larger 120mm frame size, expanding its AZX Series product line to include a 600W (4/5 HP) version. The geared motor is scalable and now the series has a motor torque and load capability increase. The series is also AC input PROFINET driver compatible, allowing for a greater range of use. The most distinguishing specification is the complete absence of external sensors. The series sustains the architectural and operational features of the AZ Series and has maximum speed ratings of 5,500 rpm.
     
  • In December 2023, KEB Automation unveiled its DL4 series, presenting a new line of 8-pole AC servo motors.
