Technology can improve estimating, visualization, procurement, and project sequencing, but it cannot replace licensed electrical, plumbing, structural, or code-sensitive installation. Providers with dense local trade networks and disciplined package design should therefore have more pricing resilience than loosely coordinated independent operators.
