The acquisition consists of North American Limestone Company’s two quarry locations, 243 and Deer Creek, as well as their interest in a Fine Grind business currently operating under Midwest Calcium Carbonates (MCC). The strategic initiative was aimed to expand the company’s aggregates footprint in Indiana and add extra fine grind processing capabilities.
